Duggan Shipments: Weaken the Guards Before the Finale
Duggan Shipments is one of the most worthwhile optional preps in the game. You destroy weapon shipments scattered around Los Santos and Blaine County. Hit all 10 and casino guards become much easier to kill during the finale — a huge difference on Aggressive, still useful on Big Con and Silent and Sneaky if alarms trigger.

- Start the missionOpen the prep board, select Duggan Shipments, and Lester marks all 10 shipments on your map at once.
- Use explosive transportAn Oppressor MK II is the fastest tool. Any vehicle with rockets — Buzzard, Akula, Toreador — works. Each shipment is destroyed with a single rocket.
- Hit the rural shipments firstSandy Shores, Grapeseed, Paleto Bay, and the airfield make a clean loop through the north. Police response is lower out here.
- Clean up Los SantosThe city shipments are at the docks, downtown rooftops, and South LS industrial zones. Expect 2-star wanted levels — break line of sight after each hit.
- Return to the ArcadeAfter the tenth shipment, the mission completes automatically. No drive-back required.
Tips & Strategy
- If you do not own a flying weaponized vehicle, the Duggan Shipments take 3 to 4 times longer. Buying an MK II is genuinely worth it before farming heists.
- You only have to do this once per heist setup, not per approach. Choose a new approach next heist and the shipments stay completed.
- Solo lobby is recommended. Public lobbies turn this into a griefer minefield.

Is Duggan Shipments worth doing?
Yes for Aggressive — guards die in 2 to 3 hits instead of 5 to 6. Less critical for stealth approaches but still useful if you get spotted.
Can I skip some shipments?
No. You either hit all 10 for the bonus or the prep does not count.
Do Duggan Shipments stack across heists?
No. Each new heist requires you to complete the prep again if you want the bonus.
