Vault Door Practice puts a working replica of the casino vault door in your Arcade. You can attempt the hacking minigame as many times as you want, without time pressure or wanted levels. For new Big Con runners, this prevents wasting a real heist on a fumbled hack. For experienced players, it is unnecessary.

Find the Vault Door Blueprints POIDuring Casino Scoping, photograph the blueprints on Ms. Baker's desk. Without this POI, you cannot purchase the practice.
Open the planning boardVault Door Practice appears as an option after the blueprints are photographed.
Pay $115,000Instant unlock. The practice replica appears in your Arcade basement.
Practice the minigameWalk up to the replica and start the hacking sequence. No timer, no penalty for failure. Repeat as needed.

Tips & Strategy

If you are running Big Con with the Level 2 Security Pass prep, you skip the hacking minigame entirely. The practice is useless in that case.
First-time Big Con players without the pass should buy this. The minigame is intimidating live with a 90-second timer.
Door Security Practice ($65k) is a similar upgrade for the casino keypad system. Cheaper but less critical.
