Drivers matter the least. They provide the getaway vehicles that wait outside the casino after the finale, but the cars handle the same regardless of who you pick — the difference is cosmetic and the percentage cut. Karim Denz is the standard pick for almost every run.

Karim DenzCut: 5%. Vehicles: Sentinel Classic (two), Issi Classic. Cheap and reliable. The Sentinel Classic is fast enough for any approach.
Zach NelsonCut: 6%. Vehicles: Vamos, Drift Yosemite. Slight upgrade but the Vamos is a downgrade on Aggressive.
Taliana MartinezCut: 7%. Vehicles: Sugoi, Komoda, Sultan RS. Best handling. Unlocked through her side mission.
Eddie TohCut: 9%. Vehicles: Sentinel Classic (upgraded), Issi Classic (upgraded). Same cars as Karim but with custom paint — terrible value.
Chester McCoy (Driver)Cut: 7%. Vehicles: Various trucks. Mostly cosmetic. Skip.

Karim Denz at 5% is correct for 90% of heists. The vehicles he provides are good enough.
Eddie Toh exists to trap new players who think more expensive means better. Avoid.
Taliana is worth it for stealth runs where her Sugoi can outrun cops without combat.
